Nina Saffuri

Nina is a sector-leading fundraising and marketing consultant and strategist. Before co-founding Raise Impact, Nina founded the successful consultancy, NS Consulting, working with NGOs in the UK and worldwide. As a former Fundraising Director, she’s driven sector-leading growth and delivered award-winning campaigns. Acknowledged by peers and Civil Society Fundraising magazine, she holds a place among the UK’s top influential fundraisers. Nina volunteers as a trustee at Make-A-Wish UK and serves on the Advisory Panel for the International Fundraising Congress. Nina can help you with:

Before co-founding Raise Impact, she established an impressive career, holding leadership positions at major international organisations. Known for her ability to develop and scale high-value programmes, Sheena combines creativity with an evidence-driven approach. She has a proven track record of driving consistent growth through income diversification, entering new markets, and pioneering innovative fundraising strategies. Sheena can help you with:

Our Story

We met as colleagues at an international development organisation and quickly knew we would always work together. After a world travelled (by Sheena), and two adopted children (Nina’s), Raise Impact was born. And it’s not just about championing causes. We are fierce advocates for mental health and diversity, stemming from our shared family backgrounds and heritage. Our personal friendship is built on the pillars of open communication and unwavering support - an ethos that extends to how we’ll approach our partnership with you.
